For any US citizen living overseas, I would highly recommend using Randall for preparing your income taxes. He is familiar with all the finer details involved in filing both state and federal returns when it comes to living overseas. He provides great customer service. Unfortunately, I found many NZ/US tax specialists in NZ have a hard time answering emails, returning calls, and just responding to simple questions. However, Randall is very customer focused, always answers emails, and goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Everyone of my many questions got answered right away or within the next day. His service is superb and will out perform any tax agency here in NZ.
