I've been a customer of Tax Samaritan for a few years now and was initially hesitant to try a company I wasn't familiar with. However, I needed someone who was familiar with filing for overseas workers, as so many things can go wrong when our taxes aren't filed correctly. Well, I'm happy to say I've found the perfect match. Tax Samaritan is amazingly communicative and informative. The website is easy to use to transfer sensitive documents securely, and the end result is no more headaches or stress because I know my taxes are filed properly. I'm definitely satisfied with the service I've gotten and, for the first time in my life, tax season isn't a big, stressful nightmare that I dread. Randall Brody did way more of service that expected…beyond the call of duty!!! I must have sent over 50 emails asking questions and not only did he respond to EVERY one of them, he responded extremely fast (in some emails it was within minutes). He provided all the information I needed. However, there was the way that he responded that made me take noticed. His emails were very warm and respectful. I hate to say this but this is not what I was expecting from normal US services (from my experience not very good). This makes Randall a special case and strongly recommended. I came in completely blind on how to resolve my compliance and taxes. Mr. Brody lead me all the way to the finish line. If it was not about taxes, I would almost call him a friend and a mentor as that is how the relationship came out to be. All I can say is WOW!
